Online – Mindfulness Taster Session


This introductory course is for anyone who is interested in finding out a bit more about mindfulness and actually experiencing mindfulness.

By completing this short course, you will be in a much better position to decide whether to undertake a full mindfulness course.

After the 30 minutes, you will:

  • Understand what mindfulness is
  • Understand the benefits of mindfulness
  • Have an experience of mindfulness through a mindfulness exercise and a mindfulness meditation
  • Helping you understand how you can introduce¬† mindfulness into your daily life
  • Some practical tips on introducing mindfulness into your life

You will receive an audio and practical mindfulness exercises to help your introduction to mindfulness.
